Chelsey Bush Co-Owner
As Co-Owner of Cornerstone Contracting NC, LLC, Chelsey Bush brings a unique blend of business strategy, marketing expertise, and boots-on-the-ground understanding of what it takes to build a home from the ground up. With a background in digital marketing and project management, Chelsey plays a key role in guiding the company’s growth, overseeing client communication, design coordination, and brand development across North Carolina and Virginia.

Jacob Pierce Co-Owner
As Co-Owner of Cornerstone Contracting NC, LLC, Jacob Pierce brings years of hands-on experience in grading, site work, and construction management. Known for his precision, problem-solving, and ability to see the full picture of a build before it ever breaks ground, Jacob leads the on-site operations that keep every project running smoothly and on schedule.

Jacob’s roots in construction run deep. Having worked his way up through the trades, he understands what quality work looks like — and more importantly, what it takes to achieve it. From structural concrete and framing to custom upfits and barndominium builds, his expertise ensures every Cornerstone project meets engineered specifications and exceeds client expectations.

Jacob believes that quality work and honest service never go out of style. Every project is built with the same care and attention to detail he’d give his own home, from the first handshake to the final walkthrough. His straightforward communication, high standards, and steady leadership reflect the foundation Cornerstone was built on: hard work, integrity, and pride in a job done right.

The name Cornerstone holds special meaning for Jacob. Inspired by Psalm 118:22 — “The stone which the builders rejected has become the cornerstone” — it serves as a daily reminder that strong foundations aren’t made only of concrete and steel, but of faith, honesty, and hard work.
Grounded in those values, Jacob continues to lead Cornerstone Contracting NC with a commitment to excellence that endures long after the job is done.
